My experience with the second book that Robert did for me, a 200-page memoir of experiences in the South Pacific, which included a large number of photos taken nearly fifty years ago, was the same quality. Robert is easy to work with. I am very pleased with the final product. We worked together, each giving input. He made sure that I was comfortable with every aspect of publishing my history. Robert, Family History Preserved, took a long manuscript of local history, written in “Word,” full of data tables, pictures and unusual configurations, and did a magnificent job in transposing it into a 650-page book with an eye-pleasing, readable format, and tables beautifully laid out. It couldn’t have been better done. After four years, with several hundred folks owing and looking though the book, I have not received one negative comment. Robert paid attention to every detail and was more than patient during my the editing process. He arranged for, and followed through with the details of printing and binding. A number of the books were leather-bound and are considered family keepsakes by recipients.
Robert has been a wonderful resource in assisting me to complete a Life Story for my Great Great Grandfather during the past year. I went to him for assistance after I had made an aborted attempt to self publish using a program from Serif Page Plus X7.
